How can I make my treats even crunchier?
After you baked your treats, open the oven door and allow your treat to cool down in the oven. This will help reduce the amount of moisture in your treats and will leave them extra crunchy!

 

Why shouldn't I refrigerate my dough?
The dough has the best pliability at room temperature. Dough that is refrigerated crumbles and is not easy to work with even after more water is added.

 

What should I do if the dough is sticking to the counter top?
Sprinkle a little flour on the countertop, just as you would if you were rolling out cookies for yourself. This will help prevent the dough from sticking to the counter.
